Cornerstone Yoga



Yoga is a great way to add to your self care routine and has been proven to be effective in relieving symptoms of depression and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, as well as improve quality of life. Yoga is also known to serve as a powerful tool in healing emotional injuries that have created distress within one’s self worth and views of the world around them. Cornerstone offers a slow Vinyasa flow for all level yogis. Our focus is on combining the mind/body connection in conjunction with the seasons of life.  The mission of Cornerstone  Yoga is to create a physically, mentally, and emotionally engaging experience for going inward and taking a journey of self exploration and authentic acceptance.

Yoga classes are offered two times per week and held at an offsite location to provide a larger space in order for us to hold space for each other.  Classes are open to the public.
