Yoga Classes


Yoga is a great way to add to your self care routine and has been proven to be effective in relieving symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, improve focus and concentration, as well as improve quality of life. Yoga is also known to serve as a powerful tool in healing emotional injuries that have created distress within one’s self worth and views of the world around them. Cornerstone offers a slow Vinyasa flow for all level yogis by a trained 200 YTT instructor & mental health clinician. Our focus is on combining the mind/body connection in conjunction with the seasons of life.  The mission of Cornerstone  Yoga is to create a physically, mentally, and emotionally engaging experience for going inward and taking a journey of self exploration, connection and authentic acceptance for self soothing and re-connecting to the body.

Classes are open to the public and currently scheduled once every other Wednesday for 2022. 

You do not have to be an existing client at Cornerstone Counseling & Wellness to attend.
