This 3-hour BACS renewal training explores the power of self-reflection in clinical supervision. Participants will learn how to integrate self-assessment practices to enhance their supervisory relationships, recognize biases, and cultivate a growth-oriented supervision space. Through interactive discussions and experiential exercises, this training will provide practical tools to deepen awareness, strengthen ethical decision-making, and refine the use of self in supervision
