However, despite the risks, therapy has been shown to have benefits for individuals who undertake it. Therapy often leads to a significant reduction in feelings of distress, increased satisfaction in interpersonal relationships, greater self-awareness and insight, increased skills for managing stress and resolutions to specific problems as well as a sense of empowerment and personal control.

An initial assessment is required for all new members. This assessment allows more time for the two of us to become familiar with one another and create a path for success and growth.
Initial Appointment (90 minutes): $150.00
1 hour sessions after initial assessment (50 minutes): $120.00
3 hour EMDR Intensive Package: $425.00
6 hour EMDR Intensive Package: $850.00
Reiki (30 minutes) $45.00
Reiki (60 minutes) $80.00
Integrated Reiki Session (90 minutes with psychotherapy and exploration of your experience): $125.00

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Unfortunately, healing modalities such as Reiki and Yoga are not yet recognized or covered by insurance companies. Reiki and Yoga are considered an out-of-pocket investment and can not be filed or reimbursed with your insurance provider.

**Everyone is required to have a credit card on file through their secure client portal at the time of intake and prior to beginning services.**
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of appointments requires notification of at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time unless caused by emergency or unforeseen circumstances outside of your control. If you do not provide notification at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay half the cost of the scheduled appointment ($50).
