The Path of Integration

Psychedelic integration support is designed to help clients process and make meaning of personal experiences related to altered states of consciousness. This does not involve the administration, prescription, or facilitation of psychedelics or plant medicine. Instead, it focuses on harm reduction, emotional processing, and insight integration before or after a psychedelic experience.

The Path of Integration: Navigating Before & After The Ceremony

Mind-Body Integration for Expanded States

Altered states of consciousness are not new. For centuries, cultures around the world have engaged in deep, intentional practices to access expanded awareness—whether through meditation, breathwork, drumming, or plant medicine. These experiences can offer profound insights, but without proper preparation and integration, their impact may fade or feel overwhelming.

What is Mind-Body Integration for Expanded States?

Mind-body integration is a trauma-informed approach to preparing for and processing expanded states of consciousness, including those accessed through psychedelic experiences. This work is not about the substance itself but about you—your healing, your insight, and your ability to create lasting transformation.

How It Works

Using somatic processing, we support the nervous system in staying regulated and receptive before, during, and after an expanded state experience. Through guided self-awareness, movement, and mindfulness, we help you connect with your body’s wisdom, making space for emotions, memories, and shifts in perception to unfold in a grounded and meaningful way.

Why Preparation & Integration Matter

•Preparation sets the foundation. It’s about approaching your journey with intention, learning how to navigate discomfort, and ensuring you have the tools to process what arises.

•Harm Reduction means engaging with these experiences responsibly, honoring your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

•Integration is where the real work begins—bringing insights into daily life, making sense of what was revealed, and aligning your experience with lasting transformation.

Psychedelic experiences can open doors, but doing the work is what allows you to walk through them. By integrating your journey, you bridge the gap between insight and embodiment—turning deep revelations into sustainable change.

If you’re preparing for or reflecting on an expanded state of consciousness, we’re here to support your process with care, integrity, and a deep respect for your journey.

“I was pleasantly surprised at how many breakthroughs I had in just 1 hour. You truly helped me piece together a mind full of scattered emotions & verbalize & make sense of them in a way that helped me validate & understand its discomfort.”

CS

“A true safe space to drop into my body & feel/release suppressed emotions gracefully guided by Noël. She refocused me inward while extracting the diamonds & precisely packaged where my work lies- with what I can change.”

HS

“I appreciate Noēl’s ability & gift to be able to take a lot of information and create a framework that not only incorporates it all, but also allows the ability for it all to connect together and make sense on the larger realm of it all. As always, her ability to create & hold a safe container, I believe allows for the “work” to happen so deeply & profoundly. Grateful as always.”

HS

“Noël’s ability to hold compassionate space while also guiding the session, layer by layer, & pause as necessary, was unbelievable. So appreciative for the safe container & trust to be able to feel comfortable dropping into my self.

To see the beauty in the world again

When I first began to develop a relationship with plant medicine, I expected revelation, maybe even clarity. What I received instead was an invitation to listen more deeply, to surrender, shift stories that weren’t even mine to hold, and to trust. Plant medicine opened me to the language of nature. A language beyond words held within the spaces between myself and the world that had always been there but had grown faint beneath the noise of life. It softened the barriers I had built around my heart, allowing to hold both my own pain and the pain of others with greater compassion. And in working with individuals integrating their experiences, I have witnessed the humbling vastness of the human spirit.

But the true work, I’ve learned, isn’t in the ceremony itself. It’s in the days, weeks, and years that follow. Integration is where the medicine takes root and continues to evolve. It’s how we show up for ourselves when the insights begin to fade, how we weave those moments of deeper knowing and the embodiment into the fabric of daily life. It’s in the breath before speaking, the choice to listen more deeply, the way we nurture relationships with ourselves, with others, and within the world.

For me, making every day sacred is the real practice. It’s in the way I tend to plants, learning patience, trust and surrender in the rhythm of the earth and seasonal flow. It’s in how I share space with others. It’s in how I sit with my clients, meeting them where they are with deep attunement and an open heart. It’s in honoring my ancestors through action, by holding space for healing in a society that so often forgets what it means to belong.

The spirit of the plant shares the wisdom, we are invited to do the work. Meaning, plant medicine has been the teacher, but integration has been the path, the work and the discipline of lifelong learning. That path isn’t about chasing peak experiences or that lovely afterglow, it’s about bringing that wisdom home, into the ordinary, into the sacred now.
