How to Apply for CE Approval

Your $75 application fee includes:

✔️ Secure payment processing

✔️ Full application review

✔️ CE submission on your behalf

✔️ Mandatory record keeping for three (3) years

✔️ Option to include one (1) marketing broadcast within the Cornerstone professional network (additional cost)
Your program is highlighted as an approved CE Program endorsed by Cornerstone Counseling

What to Submit With Your Application

To complete your CE Approval request, please download, complete, and email the signed application along with the following materials:

Requested presentation date(s)
Professional CV or résumé
Agenda and learning objectives meeting LABSWE guidelines
Program Evaluation
Marketing materials (optional)
Professional headshot for promotional use (optional)
The application must include engagement and participation from at least one additional Social Worker
