An experiential CE training for clinicians who want to move beyond symptom management into true transformational change.
Coherence Therapy offers a precise, neuroscience-grounded pathway for uncovering and transforming the implicit emotional learnings that drive symptoms, patterns, and protective behaviors. Rooted in constructivist psychology and validated by the science of memory reconsolidation, this approach gives clinicians a reliable map for helping clients access the emotional logic beneath their symptoms and update it at its source.
Coherence Therapy is a depth-oriented, experiential approach to psychotherapy that helps clients uncover and transform the implicit emotional schemas or unconscious constructs that maintain their symptoms or distress.
It’s based on the principle that symptoms always make sense once you understand the underlying emotional logic that created them. In other words, people don’t hold onto painful patterns irrationally; they’re maintaining them for important, often unconscious, reasons.
