
Complaint Policy for Cornerstone Counseling, LLC
At Cornerstone Counseling, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality therapeutic services, coaching, consultation, supervision, retreats, & continued education training experiences. However, we understand that occasionally issues may arise. If you have a complaint about our training, we encourage you to follow the steps outlined below:
Informal Resolution:
- In most cases, we encourage participants to address concerns directly with the trainer or training coordinator at the time the issue arises. This allows for prompt resolution and ensures that your needs are addressed in a timely manner.
Formal Complaint Procedure:
- If your concern is not adequately addressed through informal channels, or if you prefer to submit a formal complaint, please email Noël Andrus at noelandrus@att.net. Your complaint should include:
- Your name and contact information
- Date and location of the training
- Detailed description of the complaint, including relevant context and any attempts made to resolve the issue informally
- Any supporting documentation or evidence
Investigation and Resolution:
- Upon receipt of your formal complaint, our team will conduct a thorough investigation to understand the nature of the issue and determine an appropriate course of action. We will strive to resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner.
Feedback and Follow-Up:
- Once the complaint has been addressed, we will communicate the outcome to you and any relevant parties involved. We value your feedback and may use the information gathered from complaints to improve our training programs in the future.
Confidentiality:
- All complaints will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Information provided will only be shared with individuals directly involved in the resolution process, and only to the extent necessary to address the complaint effectively.
