In the therapy room, what remains unspoken often needs the most tending. Trauma lives not only in stories, but in breath, posture, sensation, movement, and the subtle cues of present-day relational repair. This 10-hour CE training is designed for clinicians who want to deepen their somatic capacity, strengthen therapeutic presence, and work skillfully beyond language, where repair becomes possible.
Cultivating a Strong Foundation for Safe Somatic Processing offers an integrative, accessible, and ethically grounded framework for working with the body in trauma treatment without overwhelming clients or pushing past their window of tolerance.
Whether you’re new to somatics or expanding the work you already do, this training provides the science, structure, and spirit for trauma-informed, embodied care.
You’ll learn how to build felt safety, guide clients through moment-to-moment awareness, and support the micro-reparative shifts that create long-term change.
