Kristina Dezendorf, LMSW, is a trauma therapist, educator, and curriculum designer who loves creating trainings that make a real difference for clinicians. In her therapy practice, she works with adolescents, families, and adults, specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity exploration. Her approach is holistic, creative, and deeply trauma-informed, drawing on methods like DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and expressive arts.
Kristina has spent years designing innovative training programs for professionals across the country. She developed federally accredited courses with the National Center for Biomedical Research and Training (NCBRT), created customized workforce trainings with the Louisiana Department of Labor, and partnered with Equal Justice USA (EJUSA) on Trauma to Trust, a one-of-a-kind program that helps first responders understand trauma and build stronger connections with their communities.
Now, Kristina brings that same blend of clinical experience and instructional design to continuing education for mental health professionals. Her CEU trainings are practical, engaging, and designed to give clinicians tools they can immediately bring into their work with clients.
