Refund Policy for Events Hosted by Cornerstone Counseling & Tapping In Wellness Retreats

At Cornerstone Counseling, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration for events hosted by Cornerstone Counseling or Tapping In Wellness Reteats. Our refund policy is designed to balance flexibility for participants with the need to ensure the sustainability of our programs.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

•7 Days or Less Before Event (unless otherwise stated in your registration agreement for retreats): No refunds. A credit may be issued at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.

Transfer of Registration:

•Participants unable to attend may transfer their registration to another qualified individual. Please notify us at least 7 days in advance.

Cancellation by Organizer:

•If we must cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future training.

No-Show Policy:

•No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

Exceptional Circumstances:

•We recognize that emergencies happen. Requests for exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing.

By registering for any event provided by Cornerstone Counseling or Tapping In Wellness Retreats, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
