Reiki invites the body into deep relaxation, creating the space for its natural healing wisdom to awaken. By releasing stagnant energy and clearing the patterns that disrupt the flow of life force energy, Reiki restores balance to the body, mind, and spirit. It is a gentle yet powerful invitation to return to wholeness, reconnecting you with the rhythm of your own vitality and inner knowing.

I offer 30- and 60-minute Reiki sessions, as well as 90-minute Integrated Reiki Therapy sessions, which blend energy work with therapeutic processing to help you deepen awareness and integrate what arises. Reiki meets you exactly where you are, guiding your system toward balance and release. Some may experience waves of emotion as trapped energy moves, while others may feel a surge of vitality or deep, grounded stillness. However it unfolds, Reiki flows with wisdom—clearing, restoring, and aligning you with your highest good.
