These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, Cornerstoneofdenhamsprings.com & @withinthecornerstone (the “Site”), including all services, resources, and content offered, such as therapy, professional training, workshops, coaching, consultation, supervision, wellness retreats, and online courses. By using our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Therapy Services

•Our licensed professionals provide therapy services in accordance with licensing boards, state and federal laws.

•Therapy services are only available to individuals who reside in states where our providers are licensed.

•Using this website or engaging with us on social media does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A formal agreement must be established through our intake process.

1.2 Education, Training & Workshops

•We offer professional training, continuing education, workshops, and retreats designed for personal and professional development.

•Participation in educational or training programs does not constitute clinical supervision or certification unless explicitly stated.

1.3 Wellness Retreats & Events

•Our retreats and workshops focus on personal growth and wellness but are not a substitute for mental health treatment.

•Participants are responsible for assessing their own ability to engage in physical or emotional activities at retreats.

•We reserve the right to modify or cancel retreats based on unforeseen circumstances.

1.4 Online Courses & Digital Products

•Online courses and materials are for informational and educational purposes only.

•Purchasing a course does not grant any professional credential, certification, or licensure unless explicitly stated.

•Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited.

•By using this Site, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

3.1 Payment

•Fees for therapy, retreats, training, and courses must be paid in full at the time of registration unless a payment plan is agreed upon.

•All transactions are processed through secure payment providers.

3.2 Refunds

•Therapy Services: No refunds are provided once a session has been completed. Cancellation policies apply per the client agreement.

•Workshops & Online Courses: Refund policies vary by program and are listed at the time of purchase.

•Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. Full refund policies are outlined in retreat agreements.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. By using our Site, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.

4.1 Collection & Use of Personal Information

•We collect personal information when you sign up for services, register for courses, or subscribe to newsletters.

•Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4.2 Confidentiality in Therapy Services

•All therapy sessions are confidential and adhere to professional ethics and legal requirements.

•Exceptions to confidentiality include:

•If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

•If child abuse, elder abuse, or abuse of a vulnerable adult is suspected.

•If required by law through a court order.

Community Guidelines for Social Media:

✔ Be respectful in discussions.

✔ Do not share personal or confidential details in public comments.

✔ We reserve the right to remove comments that include hate speech, harassment, misinformation, or violations of our policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

•Our services, including educational and wellness offerings, are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment.

•We are not liable for personal injury, emotional distress, or financial loss arising from the use of our Site or services.
